Notice
if you will the SERPENT underneath the feet of this depiction of Mary. Rome
seeks to make Mary the goddess of Rome as well as a god outright by declaring
it is her that is described in Genesis 3:15
Genesis 3:14-16, "And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
As we know Rome claims Mary had no children at all. And if you're a student of prophecy you know the "woman" in prophecy is defined as "the church" hence the real reason the Bible says she will have sorrow and bring forth children as well as be desirous towards her "Husband" which in prophecy is defined as our Lord being the Husbandman. Notice the Scripture below...
Jeremiah 6:2, "I have likened the daughter of Zion to a comely and delicate woman."
Jeremiah 3:20, "Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith the LORD."
2 Corinthians 11:2, "For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ."
Ephesians 5:22-25, "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;"
Revelation 21:9, “And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.”
James 5:7, "Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain."
Now that all that is cleared up by the written Word of God. Is that woman in Genesis that is standing on the serpent Mary as the Popes of Rome claim? Notice what Paul says to the church in Romans 16:20, "And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen." Why would Paul say the serpent is "bruised" under the "feet" of the church if it was supposed to be Mary's feet? It's because the Popes of Rome lied. But then this is to be expected of those that worship the father of lies.
