1 Peter 1:13, “ Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;”

John 17:17, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”

John 8:31-32, "If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free"

2 Timothy 3:1-5, “ This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away”
