This page, which is by no means an exhaustive exposition of the issues facing the Seventh Day Remnant (SDR) church due to the aforementioned and their sinful acts; but a brief paper so as to keep the work of bringing souls to the Lord our first priority moving forward without too much delay. Only a few key issues will be shared in this page, in the hopes that it will be sufficient to describe our concerns regarding recent actions taken by Robert Sessler and the board using the name "Seventh Day Remnant Publishing Association” (SDRPA) and how they adversely affect the SDR church as a whole. However, if the need arises, there are other issues that can be outlined and addressed at a later date that may or may not be posted online.

Below is a brief series of sinful acts the SDRCC has discovered regarding Robert Sessler and some associated with him on the board using the name SDRPA that publishes the magazine titled "Seventh day Remnant Voice" (SDRV). These sinful acts have been addressed as per Matthew 18:15-17 as well as 1 Timothy 5:19,20 to no avail and therefore caused the SDRCC to come to the conclusion, as per Gospel order, that the aforementioned can no longer be considered trustworthy SDR members in good standing before the Lord Jesus Christ. Reasons that confirm this be as follows...

  Nov. 2014 - He is still attacking his neighbor

    1.) Misuse of property, (email addresses) gathered in the blessed work of the Lord Jesus Christ by workers associated with poGm and SDRA

Some years ago, when Robert Sessler was still considered a faithful member of the SDR church, the issue of grading baptism studies for the souls that were coming into the truth via the heavenly directed efforts of Presents of God (poGm) and Seventh day Remnant Asia (SDRA) ministries was brought forth. Robert Sessler agreed at a board meeting before many witnesses to grade those studies. Brother Nicholas (sole founder of Presents of God ministry) then set up the baptism study page at http://www.remnantofgod.org/books/lastdays/studies.htm and http://www.sdrpa.org/lastday/studies.htm with a link that would forward all email requests for studies unto Robert Sessler. After a few months, brother Nicholas started receiving emails and phone calls from these new converts seeking baptism alerting him that no one was answering emails or grading the studies at Robert Sessler’s ministry. It was then decided by the “board” at that time that sister Fran would grade the studies for the new converts. All agreed. The studies were done, and some of the souls were eventually  baptized. However, many were not baptized due to Robert Sessler’s inaction. They simply gave up after no response was received by Robert Sessler at lettherebelightministries.com. All efforts to contact these souls failed.

Later, on May 08, 2012, after many discussions between a few SDR brethren and Robert Sessler hoping to move him to repentance of sins committed against his neighbors and others, Robert Sessler made the decision to leave the SDR church. This decision was once again confirmed in an additional email sent by him on July 20, 2012 to SDRCC member brother Nicholas. Robert Sessler then proceeded to use those email addresses gathered by poGm and SDRA years earlier from souls seeking baptism to slander brother Nicholas, brother Craig and sister Bonnie. (discussed further in item #2 below) This was done twice as far as we know as per the testimony of numerous witnesses over the previous months. Those email addresses were not the property of Robert Sessler. His refusal to help these seeking souls confirmed further he had no right to use these emails for any purpose.

Another sad reality in all this is the fact Robert Sessler actually had those email addresses. That means he was sent the Bible studies from those people so as to grade them but refused to do as promised and instead used those email addresses under the guidance of Satan who is the father of rebellion, of which is now obvious in Robert Sessler's inactivity to do as promised and the brazen act of theft of poGm and SDRA property. Jesus did say in Matthew 7:16-20, "Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."

Using these emails was sin as per commandment #8.

• Exodus 20:15, "Thou shalt not steal."

Does Sister White touch on something similar happening to her in her day?

“I am compelled to state that I have not had the least faith in Mr. [J. M.] Garmire or his work. The pamphlet that was issued last fall at the time of our Jackson camp meeting had not the least sanction of our people. They were sent broadcast by stealing the Review and Herald list.” {2SM 72.3

As per SDRCC standards as originally drafted by the Lord Jesus Christ in His Word, the unChristlike actions of Robert Sessler, who claims to be an elder in the SDR Church, does not illustrate an obedient SDR member in good standing, and cannot be condoned by the SDRCC.

    2.) Rejection of Jesus Christ’s Words as recorded in Matthew 18:15-17

• Matthew 18:15-17, "Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.  But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.  And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican."

On two occasions (09-30-12 & 10-29-12), Robert Sessler took it upon himself to send out a railing accusation against brother Nicholas, brother Craig and sister Bonnie in a mass email using email addresses he pilfered from poGm and SDRA as well as other email addresses obtained via the SDR Indiana church members.

Robert Sessler did not approach brother Nicholas, brother Craig or sister Bonnie “one on one” as Jesus our Lord suggested in Matthew 18:15. Nor did he approach brother Nicholas, brother Craig or sister Bonnie with “two or more witnesses” so that “every word may be established.” Robert Sessler chose rather to ignore the command of Christ Jesus our King to send out a railing accusation against brother Nicholas, brother Craig and sister Bonnie. This is not the fruit of an obedient SDR member of the church we claim to be the home of our Lord’s obedient bride. These fruits are especially not condoned in one claiming the office of elder in the SDR church. These actions cannot be condoned by the SDRCC. In fact, Sister White addressed an issue once wherein one church leader rebuked another leader in front of the church body. It was discovered that she declared it was "hazardous" to do such an act.

• "He and Uriah Smith held conflicting views on the prophecy of the “king of the North” pictured in Daniel 11, and the power presented in verse 45 that would come to his end with none to help him. White, in his Sabbath morning address September 28 in the newly pitched camp-meeting tent, countered Smith’s interpretations. He felt that Smith’s approach, indicating that the world was on the verge of Armageddon, would threaten the strong financial support needed for the rapidly expanding work of the church. Ellen White’s message to her husband was a reproof for taking a course that would lead the people to observe differences of opinion among leaders and to lower their confidence in them. For the church leaders to stand in a divided position before the people was hazardous. James White accepted the reproof, but it was one of the most difficult experiences he was called to cope with, for he felt he was doing the right thing. At no time did Ellen White reveal which man was right in the position he held. That was not the issue. The crux of the matter was the importance of leaders presenting a united front before the people." --Ellen G. White Volume 3 The Lonely Years 1876-1891, By Arthur L. White, Page 96

Robert Sessler displayed no concern for the souls that would be endangered by his rebellious actions in sending out a railing accusation against pastor Nicholas and pastor Craig before many church members all around the world. This evil act did in fact cause some dear souls to leave the church, which is also one of the reasons the SDRCC gathered to write this letter. See more detail on Robert Sessler's attempts of splitting up the SDR church in the following item. (#3)

    3.) Efforts to split up the SDR church

The above mentioned sinful acts of Robert Sessler (items #1 & 2) have caused some souls to be very confused as the email did come from Robert Sessler who was claiming to be an elder in the SDR church. Some did eventually leave the SDR church to seek worship and even baptism elsewhere due to his actions.

Robert Sessler's refusal to declare a public apology for almost 4 years regarding his viscous attack on his neighbor as illustrated in the following video, (click here) has also caused many souls to leave the SDR church all around the world. His present "apology" posted here on his ministry website has also caused division in that Robert Sessler chose rather to claim to be attacked by His neighbors instead of admitting he had sinned. In this apology he paints an evil picture of his neighbor so as to make his own actions appear less sinful.

What does the written Word of God say about all this?

• Romans 16:17-18, "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.  For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple."

    4.) The forming of a secret society

In the magazine using the name “Seventh Day Remnant Voice” (SDRV) we find the following:

Do we not have evidence in Scripture for all souls on earth to see that the Apostles disagreed with each other and no “split” ever resulted in any of this? Do we not have evidence in the Scripture that the apostles voted at times as well, which also resulted in no split of the church? Does it matter who agrees or disagrees so as to do as the Lord leads in all activities? Is this not the reason to gather in the first place? To openly declare the minutes secret, or "not open to the public" in the SDRV, one can see the members of the board using the name “SDRPA” are openly trying to protect board members and their comments from public scrutiny. This demonstrates the board using the name “SDRPA” have clearly created a secret society by their own admission.

The Lord's Messenger stated:

• "We are not to unite with secret societies..." Testimonies for the Church, vol. 7, p. 84 (1902).

The board using the name “SDRPA” also stated in the “SDRV” the following:

Here we see the board using the name “SDRPA” will only provide the names of the members if those seeking the names donate money to the board using the name “SDRPA.” This is easily found to be what all secret societies do today. This also verifies, by the board using the name “SDRPA,” that by their own admission, they are in fact a true secret society as defined by actions performed by today’s secret societies. The SDRCC cannot condone such actions as this.

To further prove this to be the truth, as it is displayed by the members of the board using the name “SDRPA”, brother Nicholas testifies that after asking Robert Sessler numerous times as to why he was removed from the board after asking the board repeatedly over the years to stop “dilly-dallying,” (as Sister White puts it) and be about the work of the Lord, Robert Sessler refused to grant him the reason and then stated “Ask the SDRPA Editor for the minutes of the meeting.”

On 09-23-12 Brother Nicholas sent the following to the entire board using the name “SDRPA.”

After all members of the board using the name “SDRPA” refused to email the minutes, Brother Nicholas then sent the above email to the editor of the magazine using the name “SDRV” on 09-27-12, 10-09-12, and 10-11-12. A total of four emails were sent to all board members and the editor and not a single email or phone call was ever received by brother Nicholas further proving the board using the name “SDRPA” is indeed a secret society.

Furthermore brother Nicholas also testifies he sent 4 separate requests to Robert Sessler, as well as the entire board using the name “SDRPA” for the names of all members on the board as well as their agenda so as to protect the SDR name, which was now trademarked under Presents of God ministry (poGm). Brother Nicholas also requested first perusal of the magazine using the name “SDRV” as to assure the name SDR was not soiled, the truth as we preach it wasn't endangered, or poGm’s name wasn't soiled as it is now permanently associated with the SDR name via the trademark. Every one of Brother Nicholas’ requests were ignored. Further demonstrating the members of the board using the name “SDRPA” are in fact a secret society. The SDRV magazine has been published on the following dates without notifying brother Nicholas who is founder of poGm and holder of the SDR trademark.

Brother Nicholas also asked for the minutes of the meeting wherein he was removed from the board for repeatedly asking the board to stop “dilly-dallying” and to get busy working to bring souls to Christ and proclaim Present Truth. Nevertheless, the board using the name “SDRPA” refused to email the minutes of the meeting even though brother Nicholas was an active member of the board using the name “SDRPA” at that time, further solidifying the fact the board using the name “SDRPA” is in fact a secret society in direct violation of both Scripture and SOP. This sinful act cannot be condoned by the SDRCC.

    5.) The work of God was slowed and stopped at times

In the 9 – 10 years that brother Nicholas and sister Fran were on the board using the name “SDRPA” brother Nicholas tried repeatedly to get them to be active in the work of God. It was also repeatedly asked of this board to help brother Craig in the Philippines, who was (and still is) under attack by Robert Sessler’s funded group in the Philippines. (See more info on them in Item #9) No action was ever taken by the board using the name “SDRPA” or by Robert Sessler, the chairman of the same board to come to brother Craig's aid, further slowing the work.

The mass emails mentioned in item #1, and the efforts to split up the church mentioned in items #2&3 have also been instrumental in slowing the work, even stopping it at times so as to address the many emails and phone calls generated by the railing accusation sent out by the chairman of the board (Robert Sessler) using the name “SDRPA.”

The work in the Philippines has been slowed and even stopped at times to address slanderous statements and outright lies regarding the ordination and baptisms of brother Craig while in the Philippines. This I am sad to report continues on to this day via the members of Robert Sessler’s funded workers in the Philippines. (See more info on them in Item #9) Of this we have dozens of witnesses who can corroborate this as fact. These evil actions which emulate that of Sanballat of old by Robert Sessler and his associates in the Philippines cannot be condoned by the SDRCC.

The work was also stopped dead in its tracts by the board using the name “SDRPA” over the years regarding the magazine using the name “SDRV.” At one time the magazine sat idle for almost 2 complete years, which during that time the man “elected” by the board using the name “SDRPA” to print the magazine went on vacation for two weeks.

The Lord's Messenger clearly stated:

• “I am not a member of this board; you are members; but I must not incur the displeasure of God by going along, dilly-dallying with things that are wrong, even though the brethren can not see it. -Report of Special Meeting, Page 48
• “Satan attends every board meeting, every business meeting, every committee meeting, and if he can impress anyone’s mind to make objections or to throw in suggestions that will delay the work hours and weary out those who are called upon to attend these meetings, he is wonderfully pleased. He has had his way in the matter. And the business which should be pushed through with dispatch, yet in an intelligent manner, is made tedious and to drag along because of the human, unsanctified elements in the character of some who are placed in responsible positions, who do not have knowledge when to speak and when to keep silent.” Pastoral Ministry, Page 252-253.

    6.) The Board using the name “SDRPA” is Ecumenical in nature

In the July-Sep 2012 magazine using the name “SDRPA” we see evidence that it is in fact ecumenical in nature in that it declared certain men to be part of the SDR church family that are either not known by anyone in the church, or are known by obedient members in the SDR church to be untrustworthy. In the magazine using the name “SDRV” it stated the following men will now become part of the SDR movement.

Two of these men are untrustworthy in the work of God, and one of them is completely unknown to all in the official SDR Church. This the SDRCC cannot condone. In fact, when brother Nicholas asked for information on these men and their agendas, (as outlined in item #4) no response was ever received from the board using the name “SDRPA”; further proving the board using the name "SDRPA" is in fact a secret society as outlined in item #4

6a.) The Board using the name “SDRPA” joined with 501c3 Government Agents

Notice the name "Terry Wellham" in the above section #6 made by Robert Sessler and associates in the counterfeit SDRV magazine. Terry Wellham has already been exposed as a very dangerous man. (Please click here for additional information on him.) Not only has he committed criminal acts before many, and therefore must be exposed as per Ephesians 5:11 jurisprudence so as to protect the young in Christ that may be lured by him, he is an officially registered government funded 501c3 agent. (click here for his online registration information.)

As of March 7, 2006 President G.W. Bush declared in writing that all holders of a 501c3 government tax ID will from that date forward be acknowledged as official government agents who have the ability to lobby law. Prophecy clearly says that Satan will use these type of men to further attack the people of God when the Loud Cry grows in volume. Please click here for the historic and prophetic facts regarding the 501c3 Tax ID of the U.S. Government and how it has been prophesied to be the "image of the beast" spoken of in Revelation 13:15.

Shockingly, this means Robert Sessler and his SDRPA assoicates have admitted in their July-Sep 2012 magazine that they now have this man as part of the "leadership" in their counterfeit organization. All souls found on the counterfeit SDRPA board are now directly connected with the lamb horned beast of Revelation; which is of course the United States Government. Robert Sessler and associates have ecumenically connected with those that have been prophesied to create the image of the beast. Robert Sessler was warned that this was expected to happen when he stepped off the platform of truth and refused to repent. With that being said, are you a member of Robert Sessler's ecumenical online church? If so, that means YOU are now in Babylon.

    7.) Suing of neighbors in court 

Robert Sessler, the chairman of the board using the name “SDRPA” is actively in a lawsuit with his neighbor over water rights on his property. (click here for court documents open to the public) This is terrible and completely outside the written will of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 5:40 which exclaims, "And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also."

All the true followers of the Living and walking Example that was left for us to follow in Jesus the Christ our Lord and King will bear fruits to His glory before all the Universe. Each and every one of our lives should testify that a good work has been wrought in us by the Spirit of our God so as to further glorify Him; as well as bring souls to Him. Our fruits are to be unto holiness of perfection, not one of anger and revenge. In order to both glorify Christ and educate the weaker members of the SDR faith, our walks, especially those claiming to be elders, must be exemplary in character. This cannot be done while ignoring the command of Christ. 1 Thessalonians 4:7 says, “For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.” 

Our lives are to be Holy elevated and pure before God and our neighbors who may not know God. Right actions are the unmistakable fruit of true godliness when we love our fellowman no matter who they may be. As far as Scripture and SOP dictate, and the SDRCC understands, those who bear no godly fruit of this kind reveal that they have no experience in the things of God, but rather the great deceiver the prince of this world, the fallen foe Satan.

True love for our fellow neighbor is not fighting with them on camera, sending a pack of dogs to attack them, or screaming at them in hatred while the attack persists as the video shows was done that day. Nor is obedience to our Lord and love for our neighbor displayed by suing them in a court of law, regardless of who started the lawsuit. Giving them the shirt off our back would have been the proper choice here; especially for a man claiming to be an elder in the SDR church. As SDR Christians we know that by beholding we become changed. How many babes in Christ have been "changed" by watching an elder in the SDR church is something we will never know until we go through the books of judgment.

How horrible is the action to deprive one’s neighbors of their God given water rights as human beings. Robert Sessler should have allowed his neighbor his God given rights to have access to that water God purposely placed in that mountain, and free passage to walk down the road with his family and their dogs without prejudice; regardless of how much they may have done so to annoy or anger him and his family. Are we not to forgive 70 X 7? (Matthew 18:22)

Not only would this have granted the opportunity to reflect Christ to his lost neighbors, as is the duty of every obedient member of the SDR church, and especially an elder; Robert Sessler would have been able to illustrate the love of Christ to his wife and children as well on that day further blessing them with heavenly instruction in how it is always best to follow that which Jesus said in Luke 6:31, which was, "as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise." This "golden rule" was not followed that day, and now it has been recorded so that many more can view this online. Worse yet, it has been recorded in the kingdom of Heaven.

Sister White declares plainly:

• "You may see nothing to love in your neighbor's course of action; but this the Lord does not require of you; it is your neighbor himself, the soul God has purchased at an infinite cost, that he would have you love. You may say, I can never do this; but if you do not, you are not a partaker of the divine nature; you can never behold the purity of heaven, never walk the golden streets. Without holiness, no man shall see the Lord; and only by obeying the dictates of God's will, can you make it manifest that you have attained to this perfection." -ST, January 7, 1897 par. 5

These actions of Robert Sessler, who claims to be an elder in the SDR church cannot be condoned by the SDRCC.

Brother Nicholas and sister Fran testify that when the topic of suing one’s neighbor was brought up by Robert Sessler to the board using the name “SDRPA” years ago, all but two members were in agreement with suing the neighbor further showing the corrupted nature of the board using the name “SDRPA.”

    7a.) Suing of the Brethren  

Click here for the April - June 2013 counterfeit SDRV Magazine wherein Robert Sessler and Associates suggest options (on pages 3&4) on how to sue Nicholas of Presents of God ministry. Robert Sessler is hoping to take the SDR name from him in a court of law. Notice how they twist Scripture and reality openly in their counterfeit SDRV magazine to try and ok this blatant sinful act.

The Scripture is plain here. For it is written...

• 1 Corinthians 6:1,5-9, "Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?  But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.  Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?  Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,"
• Matthew 5:40, "And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also."

The Bible plainly says you shall not sue the brethren or "any man." But Robert Sessler is not only suing his neighbor; (as is noted in item #7) he is also seeking permission from subscribers of the SDRV magazine to sue Nicholas, a known Seventh Day Remnant Pastor. (a recording of Robert Sessler and "friends" claiming it's ok to sue neighbors is coming soon)

On this page we see Robert Sessler actually declaring the truth (via the pen of cohort Jim Snipes) about suing people and how it is sinful. Yet he is suing his neighbor right now, (as is noted in item #7) and hoping to get approval from his subscribers of the SDRV magazine to sue Nicholas. In fact, on the page wherein Robert Sessler allows Jim Snipes to speak, it says "There is no valid Biblical reason why God would desire any of His people to spend their time and money in court in order to try to defend their right to call themselves "Seventh-day Adventist".  Let our actions and fruits declare us "Adventist" to the world."

The SDA church stepped out of the will of God to sue Rafael Perez and won. And here we see Robert Sessler and Jim Snipes declaring the SDA church should NOT "spend their time and money in court to defend their right to call themselves "Seventh-day Adventists." But is this not exactly what Robert Sessler, and the entire SRDPA counterfeit board hope to get approval from their SDRV Magazine subscribers to do to Nicholas in regards to the SDR name? Are these not the fruits of a blind man leading a blind flock? What does the Word of our God says will happen when they do such things?

• Proverbs 26:25-26 says, "When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart. Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation." 

And so it has as been, just as the Lord commanded.

8.) Attacking one’s neighbor on the Sabbath day

As per many Bible passages, and SOP references, thus saith the Lord God of Israel, there is and never was any Scriptural authority given unto Robert Sessler from our God to break the holy Sabbath day in order to film his neighbor walking on his easement and allowing his dogs to attack his neighbor without any assistance from Robert Sessler, His wife Michelle, or son Robert jr, (Shaun) for one’s own personal gain. As Christians we simply cannot teach our neighbors how to love the law of our God by viciously breaking it in such a shocking manner.

• Genesis 31:14, "Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people."
• Mark 3:4, "And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace."
• Isaiah 58:13,   "If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words." 

The Sabbath was boldly broken on that day. And in the video, the date the video was created (January 17, 2009) was plainly stated numerous times by Robert Sessler. In point of fact, there is one time in the video Robert Sessler stated it was “Sabbath day” as well. Yet as a claimed elder in the SDR church he openly broke Sabbath, did evil on Sabbath, attacked his neighbors on Sabbath, did not declare the Sabbath a delight to his neighbor, and did his own pleasure on Sabbath day; while he and his wife spoke their own words (in anger) to their neighbors on Sabbath.

• John 9:16, “This man is not of God, because he keepeth not the sabbath day.”

Worst of all, on the “so called” apology listed on Robert Sessler’s website, (listed here) wherein he accuses his neighbors of attacking him, when the video boldly declares otherwise; nowhere on that webpage does Robert Sessler, who claims to be an SDR elder, ask for forgiveness for breaking the Sabbath of the Lord our God.

(NOTE: It is the collected opinion of the SDRCC that the "apology" posted by Robert Sessler on his website is not a sincere apology. It is however the collected opinion of the SDRCC that the "apology" is an attempt to make his neighbors appear as the aggressor when in fact the opposite is true.)

We have ample evidence that evil was committed on the Sabbath day in direct violation of the written command of our God. Many verses can be found in both Scripture and SOP to confirm that Robert Sessler, who claims to be an SDR elder, ignored the loving suggestions of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in Matthew 5:16 wherein He stated quite clearly, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

Yes, Robert Sessler’s neighbors are Pagan. In essence and by using biblical jurisprudence one can defined them as those that “hate the Lord.” Many Scriptures, too many to list here, declare this as fact. That being the case, showing them hatred and anger will never move them to gain Jesus Christ as Lord. Instead it will draw them further away from Him when they see those claiming to be Christians attacking them with violence. The history of the Roman Catholic church has illustrated this quite boldly. Is it not written in Psalms 86:17 that we should, "Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me."

Showing his Pagan neighbors the love of Christ would have blessed them and possibly opened the door of their hearts into embracing Christ Jesus as Lord. Yes, the deed was done, and it is in the past. At the same time, it is the opinion of the SDRCC that a true and heartfelt apology on Robert Sessler's website would also have been a step in the right direction proving true repentance was being displayed. Instead, yet another attack upon the neighbors was brought to fruition. And even though brother Nicholas and others suggested that page should be removed, Robert Sessler still has that page on his site to the day.

The SDRCC cannot condone the actions of such a man claiming the be an elder in the SDR church, and the chairman of the board using the name “SDRPA.”

Sister White states:

• God's law requires that justice and right be exercised between man and his fellow man; it requires that we shall not injure our neighbor in his property, his feelings, his health, or his good name. It requires compassion for the afflicted, even if he be our enemy, that in all our associations with our fellow beings we shall show the same love and care that we would wish to have exercised toward ourselves. Who can stand before this great moral standard, and plead not guilty?  {ST, January 7, 1897 par. 3}

Not only has Robert Sessler sued his neighbor, he has allowed his dogs to attack them, (click here for video) he then wrote a lengthy dissertation online trying to make it look like his neighbors were the ones that attacked him. (Click here for his statement against his neighbors)

What else does Sister White say on this?

• "Whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." No excuse can avail for him who strictly obeys nine of the precepts of God's law, but ventures to break one because it is for his profit or convenience to do so. God demands implicit obedience to all his requirements."   {RH, September 27, 1881 par. 14} 

Robert Sessler filmed his neighbor on Sabbath day for his own profit against his neighbors in his lawsuit against them. This filming was also for the convenience of showing the police whatever it was he was trying to share so as to have more power against his neighbor in the lawsuit.

The SDRCC cannot condone this horrendous activity in any way shape or form.

9.) Uniting with nonSDR groups that cling to the SDA name in the Philippines:

Robert Sessler has stated many times in his ministry newsletters that he has brethren in the Philippines that he funds monthly. This he has done for many years as anyone that reads his newsletters can attest to. However, it has recently come to the attention of the SDRCC that these brethren in the Philippines are not being properly informed that we are no longer to cling to the SDA name in any way shape or form. In fact, ____ boldly refuses to use the SDR name because ____ said it is not found in the Spirit of Prophecy, but rather the name SDA is. Some in Robert Sesslers group claim they are SDR while others claim the names "Seventh Day Adventist Remnant", (see picture below) and "Conservative Seventh Day Adventist." This declares they are not in unity with the SDR church nor are they in unity with each other due to the fact they cannot agree upon a name, dress reform, or the issue of tithe. Which also illustrates they are not in unity with the SDR church.

We in the SDRCC have many obedient brethren in the Philippines that not only embrace the SDR name, and its statement of faith, they are also witness to, and can attest to the fact that these members of Robert Sessler's group do not agree with the SDR statement of faith on doctrinal issues as well as the name itself. To this day they deny the work of God that brother Craig has been doing in that region, where so far over 150 souls have been baptized and dozens of nations have been entered into proclaiming the present truth as it is outlined in the Scripture and SOP. Above is an actual picture of Robert Sessler’s group that was posted online recently; further proving some in this group of Robert Sessler still refuse to use the SDR name. Yet Robert Sessler continues to fund this ecumenical group to this day. Which further confirms item #6 in this letter regarding ecumenicalism. The SDRCC can in no way condone such actions as it fosters confusion and invites the spirit of Babylon within the ranks of the SDR church.

In closing, we the members of the SDRCC would like to state, as you already know, the Seventh Day Remnant name has been trademarked by Presents of God ministry on May 15, 2012. This trademark was known and agreed upon by all members of the board using the name “SDRPA” for many months before the trademark was finally issued on May 15, 2012. (Exactly 7 days after Robert Sessler left the SDR church)

As you also know, the trademark was registered for the sole purpose of stopping others from using the name that are not in unity with the SDR church, the Scriptures we proclaim or the truth as it is shared in the Spirit of Prophecy. As you are also aware, poGm had the name trademarked so as to stop others from suing us, just like we see the SDA Church does today. In other words, we have no intention of suing anyone that uses this name. We do not have to use the courts to handle such issues that may arise. However, if those using the SDR name illegally refuse to stop after being approached by the SDRCC, (as Robert Sessler and the Board using the name "SDRPA" are being approached today) all details regarding our approach will be posted online so as to alert all concerned that those using the SDR name are doing so illegally and can be considered criminals as per United States Trademark Law.

That being said, we, the Seventh Day Remnant Church council do humbly ask Robert Sessler, those associated with him, and the board using the name "SDRPA" to understand one last time (02-05-13) the laws of the land do in fact state that poGm owns the name “Seventh Day Remnant” legally. In light of this knowledge we ask that Robert Sessler, those associated with him, and anyone on the board using the name “SDRPA,”to please stop using the name “Seventh Day Remnant” in any way shape or form. Brother Nicholas, founder of poGm and a member of the SDRCC, along with all those on the SDRCC are within our rights under trademark law of the United States to make such a request as this. If you refuse to comply, we will not sue you, but we will make public this letter as well as the trademark documentation to any and all that request information regarding Robert Sessler, all those associated with him, and the board using the name "SDRPA."

Also let it be known that any future boards, councils, domain names, or ministries from or by Robert Sessler, those associated with him, or the board using the name "SDRPA" using the name "Seventh Day Remnant" will be doing so illegally an in direct violation of trademark law.

All members on the board using the name “SDRPA” are not in agreement with us in the work of God, or in the desire to be obedient to the Lord and His calling upon His bride on multiple points listed above as well as many others we “may” address later if need be. We have once again taken our time from the work of soul saving to address this issue once and for all. We have a duty to fulfill in stopping such issues as you have set before us, and so we will perform that duty.

• The words of the prophet declare, “...the solemn responsibility of those who are appointed as guardians of the church of God, stewards of the mysteries of God. They are to stand as watchmen on the walls of Zion, to sound the note of alarm at the approach of the enemy. Souls are in danger of falling under temptation, and they will perish unless God's ministers are faithful to their trust. If for any reason their spiritual senses become so benumbed that they are unable to discern danger, and through their failure to give warning the people perish, God will require at their hands the blood of those who are lost. -Acts of the Apostles page.361 par.1

Some on the board have admitted to brother Nicholas that they are aware Robert Sessler is in sin. Yet you have chosen rather to stand with this man in sin ignoring the direct command of the Lord upon you when you see a brother in sin and your duty to help them to repentance.

• 2 Thessalonians 3:14-15, "And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.  Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother."
• Ezekiel 3:20, "Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand."

Spirit of prophecy states:

• “Let none speak lightly of the duty of the church to administer censure and rebuke; neither let them criticize the action of the church when this painful task becomes necessary. Christ has given plain instruction regarding the duty of the church toward those who, while professing to be loyal members, are bringing dishonor to the cause of God by their course of action. “Every plant, which my Heavenly Father hath not planted,” he says, “shall be rooted up.” God has commanded that those who prove themselves unworthy of church-fellowship shall be separated from his body. Those who speak against the exercise of this authority, speak against the authority of Christ. The one who first brought temptation into the courts of heaven is constantly working against the peace and prosperity of the church on earth.” -The Review and Herald March 19, 1908

• “When men endanger the work and cause of God by their own wrong course of action, shall they hear no voice of reproof? If the wrongdoer only were concerned, and the work reached no farther than him, he alone should have the words of warning; but when his course of action is doing positive harm to the cause of truth, and souls are imperiled, God requires that the warning be as broad as the injury done.” –Selected Message Vol. 2 page 152.4

Due to the actions of Robert Sessler, those associated with him, and the board using the name “SDRPA,” many souls are in peril and some have even left the church due to these sinful acts. Worse yet, not only did “some” of you, who have admitted to brother Nicholas and others that Robert Sessler was in sin; refuse to do as the Word of God says is your duty so as to help your fallen brother to repentance. You chose rather to slander and speak against the authority of Christ who’s eternal Spirit moved brother Nicholas, brother Craig and sister Bonnie into faithfully doing their duty in rebuking sin where they see it as instructed to do so in Matthew 18:15-17, 2 Thessalonians 3:14,15, 1 Timothy 5:19,20 and Ezekiel 3:20. It is the collected desire and prayer of the SDRCC, and all members of the true and obedient SDR church, that you reconsider your stand and repent of this sin against the brethren as well as against the Lord Himself.

It is also the collective desire of the SDRCC, poGm (holder of the SDR Trademark and member of the SDRCC) and SDRA that all members of the board using the name “SDRPA”, including Robert Sessler, and all those associated with him to refrain immediately from using the name “Seventh Day Remnant” in any way shape or form online or offline from this day forward, (02-05-13) as it has been legally trademarked on May 15, 2012 (Re, No, 4,141,150) by Presents of God ministry, a legally recognized and obedient holder of the trademark under United States trademark law. Please remove all materials with the name "Seventh Day Remnant" from the Internet as well as offline immediately. If you need additional time in which to comply, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Failure to comply to these demands in a timely manner will result in the posting of this request, and additional information confirming the existence of sin being embraced by Robert Sessler, those associated with him, and the board using the name "SDRPA."

NOTE: Since I (Nicholas) have been directly slandered by Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA in a recent magazine published by them. I have chosen to speak for myself here as it appears I am the focus of their slanderous attack..

I (as well as the SDRCC council I'm sure) would have hoped the above letter sent to Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA back on February 05, 2012 would have brought repentance, or at the least shame, so as to shine a light upon the path to repentance. Instead, Robert Sessler continues to deny Christ and moves ahead with his attack on the obedient SDR Church in what I am saddened to report is a now documented bearing of false witness against us. We are left with no choice but to defend ourselves (once again) against these accusations.

Below is a response in defense of their awful slander against God's obedient remnant people. We now have evidence in writing that as we expected, but did not hope for, if Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA refused to repent, their eyes would have been further darkened by their rebellion against our Lord, which would in turn cause them to see no sin in joining with the enemy of souls to slander the obedient of the Lord. When one uses lies as easily as Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA is doing in this letter and a recently published magazine, it confirms boldly to all that a decision has been made to ignore the Lord Jesus Christ and walk off the path set before them that would bring them peace and eternal life.

In the following areas I posted screen pics of the letter sent to poGm (and others) as well as a recent counterfeit Magazine using the name "SDR Voice." There are links to see the aforementioned items in their entirety so as to assure no editing or out of context maneuvering has been done to slander Robert Sessler and his associates using the name SDRPA by this ministry. There is no need to use the tools of Hell when the truth is so readily available. Truth is, it is never wise to use the tools of Hell in any situation. Sadly, as you will witness below, this is not the opinion of Robert Sessler, or his associates using the name SDRPA. Again, I only post evidence below in self defense. As was obvious regarding the mass emails (mentioned above) and other attacks against this ministry, I never instigated any attack. Everything posted on this page is in response to slander aimed at poGm as well as members of the SDRCC. This is merely an act of self defense.

In this pic you can clearly see they admit in writing that they need the expressed permission of Presents of God ministry to use the SDR name. In other words, by their own admission, continued use on their part would be considered a crime. But do they choose to obey the Lord as per Romans 13:1,2? Or do they rather go against the Lord and His Word and actually choose to commit criminal acts to further illustrate their rebellion against the Lord? (Remember these two "notarized" items! We will get back to this in a moment. It allows for a major revelation in the deceptive nature of Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA.)

• Robert Sessler and associates continue to use the SDR name after admiiting doing so is illegal

Even though this letter from Robert Sessler and associates, dated March 20, 2013, which was emailed and snail mailed with their admission in writing that usage of the SDR name is considered illegal for them to use without the expressed permission of poGm, Robert Sessler and his associates have boldly decided to continue to use the SDR name illegally knowing full well I will not be giving them permission. The above portion of this webpage that was sent to them back on February 05, 2013, with its 9 reasons outlined confirms in great detail they knew they were being asked to cease and desist usage of the SDR name immediately. Yet by their own admission they knowingly continue to use the name thereby breaking United States Trademark Law. In so doing Robert Sessler and his associates also ignore Biblical command found in Romans 13:1,2. In other words, they are criminals according to United States Law and transgressors according to the Law of God.

They actively use the SDR name illegally by the following methods:

1. Hosting a website using the name - SDRVoice.org (Trademark infringement)
2. Hosting another website using the name - SDRPA.org (Trademark infringement)
3. They publish and send out a magazine using the name. SDR Voice (Trademark infringement)

As per item 3 here, on April 19, 2013 Robert Sessler and associates published a counterfeit January - March "SDRVoice Magazine" months after being formally asked by the SDRCC (see above) to stop using the name illegally. We asked them to stop due to many sins done publicly by Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA. Plus, they published their counterfeit SDRVoice magazine a little over 2 weeks after they admitted on their own accord in a notarized letter that they know doing so is considered illegal. That being the case, how can such people be considered trustworthy to do the work of God while at the same time using tools offered by the enemy of souls? 1 Corinthians 10:21 says, "Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils."

In paragraph 1 they stated...

• "This trademark is being used by Nicholas to centralize control in the SDR movement and to try and stop brethren from using the SDR name if they are not working under the controlling and governing power of his ministry."

As is obvious by the 22 signatures by the Seventh Day Remnant Council (listed above) I obviously do not seek to control anything as one man. However, the SDR name is now permanently associated with my ministry, and now my duty to protect it. Still, I do seek the gathered wisdom of the brethren before making any decisions that will affect the church as a whole. The 22 signatures above confirm that perfectly. In other words, Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA brought false witness against myself (Nicholas) when stating I seek to "centralize control in the SDR movement."

One more thing. Robert Sessler claims I seek to "centralize control in the SDR movement." Click here and you will see Robert Sessler purchased 81 URLs (domain names) associated with the name "Seventh Day Remnant" to try and "centralize control in the SDR movement" for himself. I, nor anyone in the true SDR movement ever did that, nor do we need to because the Lord has promised to bless only the obedient and never the disobedient. The few URL's we did purchase to do the work are already being blessed. Robert Sessler can purchase hundreds of URLs and he won't gain a single blessing for doing so for two simple reasons. #1, he is illegally using the name and therefore in open sin before all, and the Lord simply will not bless his sinful actions. #2, the obedient SDR child of God will never be moved into Robert Sessler's camp simply because the Word of God states the elect cannot be deceived.

Bottom line on this issue alone is, Robert Sessler accuses me (Nicholas) of seeking to "centralize control in the SDR movement." Yet the 22 signatures (listed above) confirm he is lying, and his attempts to actually "centralize control in the SDR movement" by purchasing 81 URLs proves he is actually doing what he accuses me of doing. If it is wrong to "centralize control in the SDR movement" in his eyes, why is he trying to do just that? And why is he seeking to create an SDR Council (see paragraph 7 below) when one was already formed on January 13, 2013? It's because he wants to "centralize control in the SDR movement." There is no other reason for his mass emails filled with proven slander and mass URL purchases other than to  "centralize control in the SDR movement." As is always the case. When the rebellious commit sin, they always accuse the obedient of doing that which they themselves have done.

In paragraph 3 they stated...

• "Is the work of God to be bound about with a trademark from the state? No! Never!"

This is also a lie as well as slander and the end all that can be used to expose the deceptive nature of Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA. They claim trademarking the name binds the name and the work with the State. First and foremost, anyone with access to the Internet and the plethora of websites defining Trademark law can confirm, this is not true at all.

In other words, the trademark simply protects the name that has been trademarked from being used by others that are not of the same company. In this case of course, we are a church and a minstry. That means, anyone that uses the SDR name to preach heresy or displays the fruits of a heathen, as Robert Sessler now does as per Matthew 18:15-17 jurisprudence, we are withn our rights to refuse usage to protect the name given us of God, as well as protect the work we do globally from being soiled.

The basic reality here is, the only thing the State can do is stand as a credible witness in the courts. What Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA are trying to do here is make the trademark appear as a 501c3. As is illustrated by Presents of God ministry online, the 501c3 is a binding contract between the State and the church or ministry that holds it. The 501c3 does indeed prevent the holder from stating certain things from the pulpit and demands he or she do certain things off the pulpit for the State when formally asked to do so in times of civil distress. A trademark cannot do that in any way shape or form. It has no power but to declare it has witnessed the act of trademarking a name on a certain date by a certain individual, corporation, company, ministry or church.

If someone was to use the SDR name, and poGm was to take them to court, poGm can then demand the State provide documentation in court as a credible witness regarding who it was that first registered the SDR name. Nothing more, nothing less. The State, under trademark law, cannot force poGm or even the SDR Church to do anything, nor can they prevent them from doing or saying anything. The State can only stand as a witness to who first registered the trademark in a court of law.

Trademark law does not bind the holder of the trademark in any way shape or form to the State or any government entity federal or local. But Robert Sessler and his associates have stated in writing for all to see that the trademark does bind the work of God with the State. That slander as well as bearing false witness. Or as Scripture calls it, SIN. They publicly broke commandment number nine.

• Exodus 20:16, "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour."

THE CLINCHER:

Now here's what some may consider the "clincher" that confirms Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA purposely set out to deceive the subscribers of the counterfeit magazine using the name SDR Voice. As we just learned, they stated, and again I quote, "Is the work of God to be bound about with a trademark from the state? No! Never!" Here they are declaring in very bold terms that using the trademark (as they wrongly define it) is very wrong to do! I must then ask, if in fact this was true, as they are declaring it to be here, why would they seek permission to use the trademarked name as they requested in "ITEM #2 & 3 " of their notarized letter they mailed out on March 20, 2013 and emailed to many church members?

This confirms they not only lied, they did so in writing for all to see. This boldly confirms Robert Sessler, and those illegally using the SDR name are deceivers and accusers of the brethren and are no longer displaying the fruits found within the "remnant of her seed." In the counterfeit magazine sent out to many unsuspecting subscribers they boldly declared it was wrong and even sinful to use a trademark, but in a notarized letter sent to myself (Nicholas) and many true SDR church members, they actually ask permission to use it? Worse yet, they posted this notarized letter on their illegal website using the URL SDRPA.org. This act alone confirms the discernment of the SDRCC was wise to ask them to cease and desist in all usage of the trademarked SDR name. They are now publicly confirmed before all that have eyes to see as liars, and are now seen to be in agreement with the father of lies by using the tools he offers them to use. They are guilty of slander as well as bearing false witness, and they did so in writing for all to see while using the SDR name to do this sinful act further damaging the work we are called to do. These are fruits of Babylonian confusion and open evidence of demonic involvement, which further confirms the wise act of the SDRCC to demand they cease and desist all use of the SDR Name. This is no mistake by the way, as Robert Sessler is not only the chairman of the board using the name SDRPA, as we learned in "reason #9" above, his ministry actually funds SDA ministries in the Philippines further confirming his and the board using the name SDRPA's connection with Babylon. And as we all know Babylon fosters confusuon. How can such people be considered SDR Christians in good standing? And how can Robert Sessler claim to be an SDR elder? No, that board must dissolve and Robert Sessler needs to step down from the post he has already abandoned.

In paragraphs 4,5 & 6 of the above section from the counterfeit SDRVoice magazine, Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA used the Spirit of Prophecy to accuse me (Nicholas) of exalting mysef as supreme above the church, or as head of the church. But the 22 signatures above prove hands down they are simply lying once again. Even though I solely own the trademark, and even though it is within my rights to act alone as founder of Presents of God ministry, and holder of the trademark, those 22 signatures above boldly declare to all that I choose to work together with the brethren in the church for the good of the church. I am not a president, chairman or pope. I am merely one minister in the SDR church. In other words, Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA lied.

In paragraph 7 they stated the also stated the following...

• "Dear brethren, it now becomes imperative that God’s Seventh-day Remnant people come together to form a representative SDR church council,"

On January 13, 2013 at 7:26pm EST the true and obedient Seventh Day Remnant people formed the one and only official Seventh Day Remnant church council in an online meeting with well over a dozen church members from all around the world. At that time only 18 members were gathered to vote on issues before the church. The number grew to 22 by the time we were moved by the Lord to send the above letter with the 9 reasons to Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA in response to mass emails filled with lies and slander regarding three of the SDRCC members. They all know first hand that the Seventh Day Remnant church was officially formed when they received that letter, as it was addressed as coming directly from the SDR Church Council and signed by 22 members of that council. They also knew first hand that it was this SDR church council itself that voted to send the above letter outlining the sins of Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA. They are also aware the theme of the letter sent to them by the SDR church council was to explain using both Scripture and Spirit of Prophecy that they are no longer allowed to use the SDR name due to the unrepentant sins of Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA. Hence, we formally asked them to stop in writing on February 05, 2013. They of course refused, and to this day continue to use the SDR name illegally confirming their rebellious nature against God and His people as well as the laws of the land. They can deny this all they like; but the above letter with the 9 reasons to Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA, which was signed by 22 members of the SDR church council at that time declares soundly they are lying when they say an SDR Church council needs to form. For it already has formed just as the Lord commanded, allowed and sanctified on January 13, 2013.

• Robert Sessler and associates lie multiple times in notarized letter sent to poGm and others

LIE #1 

As you can see in the above pic, they addressed the notarized letter to "Dear Seventh Day Remannt Church Council of Indiana." As illustrated above in paragraph 7, Robert Sessler, and everyone on the board using the name SDRPA know for a fact there is no such council. I (Nicholas) never gathered the SDR Indiana church family to do so at any time. In fact, the letter we sent them (above) was signed by 22 members of the Seventh Day Remnant Council. No mention of "Indiana" was ever stated in that signature, letter and or email. We repeatedly refer to ourselves as merely the SDR Church Council. The only reason this appears to be an issue with Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA is because of what's stated above in paragraph 7 of the Magazine put out by the board using the name SDRPA. They know they were approached by the true and obedient SDR Church Council. But for some strange reason, they choose to ignore that now well documented fact.

LIE #2

Not only is this a lie, it exposes their purposeful act of deception and obvious confusion brought on by disobedience to our Lord. Here Robert Sessler claims I stated that only one name must be used on the application. Why this makes a difference in any context is confusing to say the least. Still, I, nor my daughter who works in a trademark office as a paralegal, nor any of the lawyers working there with her on this trademark ever said any such thing.

LIE #3

Had it been true Nelson Criswell was the legal holder, user and or inventor of the name, why is it he never trademarked it back then? In any event, the name is now legally trademarked, and nothing can be done unless it is done so by Robert Sessler and his associates using the name SDRPA in an unChristlike manner within the court system by suing me for trademarking the name. Yet Matthew 5:40 exclaims, "And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also." We already know Robert Sessler sees no wrong in ignoring this command of Jesus Christ. He is presently suing his neighbor to try and remove his water rights to his own land. Seeing Robert Sessler, the "Chairman" of the illegal board using the name SDRPA, sees no wrong in sinning against the Lord and his neighbor so openly, I believe it wise to solicit the prayers from the obedient few that the Lord stops him from suing the SDR church, and further soiling the truth we proclaim. And no, we have no plans to sue him or the illegal board using the name SDRPA. The fact he, and the board using the name SDRPA openly admit in writing that using the name is sin, and then decide to do so anyway, confirms we have no need to sue them. Our Lord already saw them do this, and anyone peering into the facts laid out in this page see their fruits further confirming, they are not obedient to the Lord Jesus Christ and His Law and therefore not worthy to either use the name or do the work of the Lord until the fruit of repentance is made known to all. We don't need the earthly court to look into this when Creator Himself has looked upon their actions.

SUMMARY:

As explained above, it is our duty to alert the brethren whenever danger is afoot. And no this is not offhanded judgment as the act was done before many witnesses therefore judgment is not required.

Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA misused poGm and SDRA property so as to further their deception among the brethren by becoming one with the accuser of the brethren. Robert Sessler himself has rejected our precious Lord's command in Matthew 18:15-17, he has even gone so far as to work towards splitting up the church, as chairman of the board using the name SDRPA, he has also convinced these poor souls to form a secret society with him as leader so as to further his agenda. Sadly, they have even worked in unison to slow the work of the Lord in the last few days we have left to work, worse yet, they have sought and have gathered with nonbelievers in the Roman spirit of ecumenicalism, Robert Sessler, their leader, has gone against our precious Lord's command in Matthew 5:40 as well to sue his neighbor. Strangely enough, he has not only filmed an attack he, his wife and eldest son committed upon his neighbors with his own dogs, he did so on the blessed Sabbath of the Lord. On top of all this, and again in the Roman spirit of ecumenicalism, Robert Sessler's ministry is presently, and has for many years, funded SDA's in the Philippines.

When all the above was brought to the attention of Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA as per instruction in Matthew 18:15-17, they chose not to repent. Instead they decided as a group to lash out in a notarized letter demanding poGm grant them usage of the SDR name. Not only did they admit usage would be illegal without poGm permission in that notarized letter, they proceeded to use the name without permission. To further expose themselves, they then accused me (Nicholas) of doing a sinful act by trademarking the SDR name in their counterfeit SDR Voce magazine, while at the same time requested I give them permission to allow them partial ownership of the SDR name as well. They even went so far as to publicly claim in their counterfeit SDR Voice magazine in March that there is no SDR Church Council when they knew they were officially approached by 22 members of the SDR Church Council the previous month on February 05, 2012. In their notarized letter sent out on  March 20, 2013 they have been documented as declaring even more lies in writing.

To summarize further, Jesus clearly said in Matthew 7:16-20, "Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."

If you are associated with Robert Sessler, or those on the board using the name SDRPA, the Lord further commands...

• 1 Corinthians 15:33  Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
• 2 Corinthians 6:14  Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
• 2 Corinthians 6:17  Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
• 2 Thessalonians 3:14  And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
• James 4:4  Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 
• Revelation 18:4  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

That being said, what is the wise choice here? Joining with those that embrace the Lord Jesus Christ in obedience in the true SDR church to finish the work of the Loud Cry so as to expedite the arrival of our Lord so we can all go home? Or would you rather join with Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA to continue in rebellion against the Lord and His eternal Word?

What has been shared on this page has been declared and confirmed by many witnesses. We have not come forth to attack, slander or even lie about Robert Sessler and his associates on the counterfeit board illegally using the name SDRPA. We have only come together to defend ourselves from the slander of Robert Sessler and his associates as well as to honor and truth of our Lord as it is written. And it is written in Proverbs 14:5 that "A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies." And Proverbs 19:5 says, "A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape."

To join hands with one known by many faithful witnesses to see no wrong in using the tools of Satan is a dangerous position to say the least. As both Scripture and history confirm, the hand of our God is absolute. He will do exactly as He has written, and make no mistake, "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (Hebrews 10:31) If you yoke with the likes of those that glorify Satan by using his lies, you too will not escape judgment. For it is also written in Proverbs 16:5, "Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished."

Robert Sessler is harming the SDR movement:

Notice the below screen capture of some comments made on YouTube in regards to the video of Robert Sessler attacking his neighbors on Sabbath day. The fact Robert Sessler not only refuses to publicly repent for his public sins, he refuses to stop using the SDR name. In so doing he is harming the church and its mission to help souls in danger of destruction just as the Roman Catholic popes who claim to this day to be Christians, when in fact they are not. Many people deny Christ is Lord because of the open and unrepentant sins of people claiming to be Christians.

Please pray Robert Sessler stops soiling the message of the Lord Jesus Christ and steps down immediately from his apostate and Scripturally disallowed position. Also pray he, his wife and his son repents before the Lord's hand falls upon them for their sinful acts against their neighbors, which continues to this day. Also pray for the poor souls that gather with him to further his apostate message. So many souls are in danger due to the actions of this one man.

I don't know who "MrDschr" is that made the comments on this video that was posted online by Robert Sessler's neighrbors; but this is not the first, nor do I expect it will be the last soul who decides the present truth proclaimed by the SDR people is a "false movement" because of the unrepentant actions of Robert Sessler.

THE EXPECTED END RESULT: 

The Lord revealed to me recently that He allowed the board using the name SDRPA to send a letter to finish the scandal and put an end to it once and for all. He also revealed to me that it would never have come to the end we were praying for unless we were obedient to His Word in 1Timothy 5 and 2 Thessalonians 4 in the first place. The Lord revealed to me in a mid-day prayer back on March 26 that we had to do the very difficult thing in obedience and rebuke them for their sins. This was of course to be done in love and obedience to Gospel order so as to touch the hearts that may still be somewhat on the path as well as prevent others from assuming such sinfulness is acceptable to the Lord. Sadly, it was also revealed on March 26 that the Lord knew how Robert Sessler and his cohorts would respond to our biblical rebuke by using the tools of Satan, which would then lead to closure in all this for us in the true SDR church. Our obedience to the Lord's written command would either bring them to repentance, or force them to step further off the path to expose their evil agenda. Sadly, they chose the latter.

It's as I warned Robert Sessler when he started to attack this ministry back in May of 2012 that I would not come against him at all for doing such evil acts. Yet he sent out 2 mass emails slandering me and others in the SDR church, he has further lied and slandered me (Nicholas) in the counterfeit SDR Voice magazine, and recently placed his notarized letter filled with lies on the main page of their illegal website using the domain name of SDRPA.org. Still, even after he did all this I repeat my promise that I will never come against him in anger or hatred. But I also warned him back then that I will follow my Father's will if and when He reveals it to me regarding my response to his actions. In other words, I told him if his ministry was going to be destroyed, it would have to be by his own hand. The mass emails and the last two slanderous SDR Voice magazines, the public slander and lies published in SDRPA.org in a notarized letter confirmed he has done exactly that. It's only a matter of time now before Robert Sessler and the Board using the name SDRPA are known by all to be moved by the same spirit that moved Sanballat as Nehemiah was called of God to do the work of repairing the breach in the wall. We the true SDR people do this work today, and as expected, Robert Sessler and the board using the name SDRPA are doing the work of Sanballat.

The "notarized" letter is also our smoking gun that can be used to confirm the work is ours to do and there's to let go. They put things in this letter mentioned here (and some not mentioned here) that have legally entrapped them in guilt across the board before the Lord as well as the lawyers involved in doing the work that brought about the trademark in the first place. As is obvious now, they confirmed, in writing no less, that I (Nicholas) own the trademark and their use of it would be completely illegal and sinful on their part. This letter is also something the trademark lawyers have illustrated can be used to not only prevent their attempts to snatch the trademark, (if they so chose to follow Satan further into the courts) it can be used to prosecute them if they choose to demand we stand in that court. Bottom line is, as revealed on March 26 in that mid-day prayer... IT IS DONE.

ROBERT SESSLER IS STILL ATTACKING HIS NEIGHBORS

I just received word from Robert Sessler's neighbors that he is still attacking them. This time he is using the local government to do so. It has to do with his neighbor's desire to build a "Cob house" on their own land. From what I understand about Cob houses, they are built in a way that allows for healthy living. The homes are actually made out of the earth and other natural materials. (See more info on Cob houses here) Is not the Cob house similar to that of the houses we will be building after Heaven is placed on planet earth? (See 65:21,22) One can only hope all this comes to a good end.

In heaven, nothing dies.That includes cutting trees down to build homes. Therefore, the homes we build once the 1000 years have ended will be 'similar' to that of the Cob house. So I have to wonder why Robert Sessler alerted the authorities when "he thought" his neighbor started to build a home that is not only environmentally friendly more than any natural homes out there, it is also better for his health to live in such a house. Not to mention extremely inexpensive to build and heat. Turns out, his neighbor never actually built the Cob house. He only stated he "wanted" to build one after seeing one built online. The complaint was based on an assumption only. No Cob house was ever built.

One has to wonder why Robert Sessler is still harrassing his neighbor. I know it's hard to believe that after all those that spoke to Robert Sessler about the sins he is openly committing against his neighbor over the years that he is still doing this. But it is true. It is November 30, 2014 when I publicly posted this alert. This has been going on for literally years now. So sad! :(
